What can you expect?

- Heart opening Yoga Practice using postures that work with the arms and open the chest to help create heat and working on opening the into the heart.
- Breath work (pranyama)
- Gratitude Session. Guided Visualisation focusing on the heart and gratitude.
- Meet up with others interested in mindfulness
Allow yourself time and space to engage with your meditation and yoga practice as a means of nourishment.
The Workshop will take place at the well known Meadows. A lovely outdoor area surrounded by fresh grass and spring flowers while still located in the heart of the city.
Open to people who are new to mindfulness and to those with mindfulness training experience.
