About Better Mealtimes Parents Workshop

Would you like your child to enjoy eating a variety of food, and avoid mealtime battles?
This relaxed informal workshop is suitable for parents of children aged 1 to 5 years.
Those with younger children will gain the most benefit, and you can bring your child if you wish.
- gain an understanding of children's behaviours around new foods
- learn what to say to your children to support them to eat a variety of food
- receive an information pack to take home, including activity ideas.
The workshop includes group discussion, two short videos, and a practical activity so that you can practise using the phrases and behaviours that you have learned. Parents can either do the activity with their child or another parent.
Price: £10 per parent (includes fees & entry to Turtle Dove Play Cafe)
