Polyphonic Murders - Leith Festival

About Polyphonic Murders - Leith Festival

Join the Edinburgh Unit for Forensic Anthropology at Ocean Terminal in Leith for a unique event that presents historic murders through the lenses of forensics scientists and artists. The violent act of murder is transformed in a different storytelling experience with holograms, animations, 3D prints, virtual reality and creative artworks.

Alongside drop-in activities across the shopping centre, there will be a series of games and talks.

Visitors can also learn about historical cases, art and violence through ten-minute talks by artists and scientists. Younger participants (aged 10+) will have the opportunity to hunt for “Time Travelling Assassins” in the shopping centre before earning a complimentary comic book.

Polyphonic Murders is free, however booking tickets for the activities is highly recommended.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Polyphonic Murders - Leith Festival are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
