With "Headz Up," invite DJ Dutchie to the capital...

Jaymii Holland aka Dutchie is a 22 year old drum and bass DJ hailing from Southend-on-Sea in Essex, exhibiting in her sets the full spectrum but, most notably, the darker side of drum and bass and jungle.

Dutchie began DJ'ing in 2015 when she undertook tuition from DJ Blackley. Progressing at a rapider rate than she or Blackley both envisioned, Dutchie was amazed to see a mix she had uploaded to show a friend had been listened to over 200 times overnight. This gave her the confidence she needed to appear on Blackley's Monday night radio show on Cre8DNB.

Shortly after this, Dutchie was spotted by Walker and Banton on Rough Tempo Radio's 'The Panik Show' where she made her Rough Tempo debut amongst the show's residents. She began making regular appearances on the show and spread her wings to other shows on the station such as the popular Lady V-Dubz show. Dutchie then went on to represent Rough Tempo at events such as Pure Science and Ministry of Sound.

In late 2015, Dutchie was noticed by award winning female DJ Lady V-Dubz alongside a group of other aspiring female artists. The GTA - Girls Take Action crew was officially re-launched with it's new female members, where they made appearances on Rough Tempo, Life FM and OriginUK, with live performances most notably consisting of Epidemik in November 2016 and Cornerstone drum and bass in March 2017.

2016 can easily be seen as the pivotal year for Dutchie's rising success. Dutchie was astounded after her first solo appearance on OriginUK's The Bellyman Show left her with nothing short of 50,000 views. She continued to appear on the show both solo and with other members of GTA and has reached a total of well over half a million views and has played in 5 countries in the last year alone as well as across the United Kingdom.

As Dutchie takes to production in mid 2017, she hopes to have her own tunes grace radio airwaves and rave dancefloors alike as she continues to please audiences worldwide with her rounded selection of drum and bass and jungle.
