Cat Loud: Torch Songs

About Cat Loud: Torch Songs

"Perfect night cap… Stunning!" - Graham Norton

“A brand of dusky torch singing which stuns the room into silence.“ - The List

When award-winning cabaret performer and jazz vocalist Cat Loud isn't singing her trademark Sad Girl Music, she's bringing biting wit and plenty of #CatsFacts to the table.

Fresh from an Edinburgh Festival Fringe run of 'Good Morning, Billie!' - celebrating the work of the iconic Billie Holiday - Cat sets her sights on exploring the historically female-led sub-genre of jazz Holiday belongs to, and the vibrant women who sing of heartbreak and pain.

She's joined by John Youngs on double bass, Dave Toule Music on guitar and Vid Gobac on drums.

“You’re left hungry for more.” - Fest

“Cat’s singing is spectacular, effortless and moving… delivered with charisma and great energy.“ - The Play’s The Thing
