About FILM: In Between
Sorry, but this event has been and gone!
Dir: Maysaloun Hamoud 15, Israel / Fra, Drama, 101mins
This incredibly powerful Israeli drama, is one of the best debut features of recent years. Telling the tale of three very different young Palestinian women, who end up sharing a flat together in Tel Aviv, Hamoud gives a really nuanced view of being a marginalised figure within a neglected minority of modern Israel’s population. It is a bold and engagingly human story, that does, however, feature at least one scene of sexual violence, so viewer caution is advised. In Hebrew and Arabic with English subtitles.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for FILM: In Between are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
