Based on a Mary Norton novel about a group of young war evacuees who end up at the estate of Miss Eglantine Price (Angela Lansbury). They soon discover that their new carer is a spell-casting witch, whereupon a great musical adventure begins, transporting the children to the animated land of Naboombu.
