Join Bacary as he takes you on a tour of West African Percussion. In this 3 week block you will explore the infamous Djansa rhythms, playing together to create Sudou do Dima sounds. Bacary will be accompanied by Zinzi from South Africa, together they will show you how indigenous Rhythms and instruments from the vast continent of Africa are so vastly different. This musical workshop is a great way to discover more about rhythms from African nations as well as a fun way to improve your rhythmic ability and hand eye coordination. A lot of fun.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Djansa Rhythms are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
