About Drawing for Beginners - 8 Week Course

Have you always wanted to learn to draw? This relaxed evening drawing class is ideal for complete beginners with no prior drawing experience.

Over the eight week course you will gain confidence in your drawing ability as you learn to master the basics of tone, texture, perspective and composition. This course is carefully structured to guide through a range of drawing techniques, building your confidence and defeating the fear of the blank page!

This is a practical and engaging class, perfect for enabling you to disconnect from everyday stresses and find a sense of achievement and fulfillment in the drawing process.

Spring Term Course:
Every Thursday 6.30pm-8.45pm for 8 weeks.
Thursday 20th February- Thursday 9th April

Where:
I am located in central Edinburgh, just a few minutes’ walk from Princes Street.
1 St Colme Street, Edinburgh, EH3 6AA

Price: Early Bird offer - £120 (book before 20th January)
All art materials and equipment are provided and classes include refreshments of tea, coffee and biscuits. By the end of the course you will have produced a sketchbook full of drawings you will be proud of.

Class numbers are small (usually a maximum of 5 people) so you will benefit from specific support from your teacher.
