A New Year brings with it the potential to create the very best version of ourselves, a chance to break negative patterns and habits that may hold us back. A new decade allows us to carry with it the experience of the past and an opportunity to set the scene for the next chapter of our lives and work towards reaching our full potential

2020 is all about expanding our horizons and stepping into our NEW selves opening our eyes to new horizons and exploration with limitless aspirations

Our retreat day is all about bringing ourselves in to focus
Project YOU!

Like all good projects we need to think about our end goal and make a plan to take us there, hence this day will require a little advance planning for you. What do you want your life to look like? Who do you want to share it with? What are your desires, what makes you happy?

The day will start with a guide mediation on intentions for 2020, followed by pranayama and a Vinyasa class. We will spend the afternoon creating a mood board/map in images. As you allow your creative juices flow as you create a vision of your future life. This will give you a chance to connect with your inner child, a time when you maybe dreamed big. You will be cutting and gluing our own vision for 2020.

We close the day by crystallising this vision with some Yin Yoga and a guided Relaxation Meditation.

What better way to start the year and get back to work with the life you want for yourself made into a picture.
