The paintings are primarily landscapes, inspired by the local area and its changing seasons, but there are also still life’s and figurative work, all at excellent entry level prices for original artwork. Norman’s paintings have previously been exhibited as part of the Biggar Little Festival in 2018, and individual works have also been included in group exhibitions with the RBSA and Network Arts in England.

Other works have been ‘highly commended’ in the National TALP Art competition orgainised by the leisure painter and artist and illustrator magazines.
Hence, this is an ideal opportunity to peruse a collection of some recent artwork in the delightfully informal venue of the cafe and free from professional gallery commission.
