The Authentic Artist Collective presents InVisible Lines: a mid-life mystery cycle

For ten years Kath Burlinson has filmed her body as it ages. Now, in an intimate, daring odyssey she offers her naked form as a canvas to explore ageing, loss, life-cycles, seasonality, death and defiance.

Through word, movement, song and visual imagery, InVisible Lines investigates what existence feels like when more of life has passed than is likely to lie ahead. It is tender, wild, joyous and ruthlessly honest.

“A magical mix of wit and lyricism…beautiful…wicked….gorgeous…like a life-affirmation…delivered with a degree of artistry that makes it more than enjoyable” Joyce McMillan Scotsman

WARNING: Contains strong language, nudity and mature content. Recommended age16+

Conceived, written and performed by Kath Burlinson. Live music by Christine Sparks.
The performance will be BSL interpreted by Rachel Amey.

Artistic direction by Paul Oertel and Nancy Spanier.
Sound and music production by John Sparks.
