Our next property masterclass is happening at The Village Hotel in Glasgow on the 30th of April!
Whatever your level of experience within property, our Masterclass events offer you the opportunity to gain some valuable insights into a range of areas within the industry and make some brilliant connections in the Scottish property network, too!
Our guest speakers are:
Linda Martin - Property Developer and Director of Martin Property
Fife based property developer Linda will be joining us to provide an insight into her career in the sector and sharing examples of some of the residential projects she has worked on.
As the owner of Martin Property, Linda draws on her construction and project management experience to complete projects on time and within budget while consistently surpassing the ceiling price in the area.
Emma & Josh - Marketing Experts at Social Klock
Emma & Josh are co-founders and directors of Social Klock, a digital marketing agency specialising in organic social media, paid advertising, and personal branding for professional service-based business.
Sean Fraser - Solicitor at Carey Hughes
Sean is a Senior Solicitor at Carey Hughes Solicitors, specialising in all aspects of residential and commercial property. After training with Carey Hughes, Sean undertook an opportunity with a specialist commercial firm in Glasgow to expand his knowledge into commercial legal services and returned to Carey Hughes in the summer of 2023 to develop that service from within.
Sean has a particular interest in acting for clients in auction transactions and would be delighted to assist new clients in their auction sale / purchase journey.
Following their presentations, our guest speakers will be there to network giving you the chance to quiz them on their areas of expertise. There will also be the opportunity to network with fellow attendees at the event, so you can share your troubles and triumphs in property, and ultimately learn from each other's experiences.
Our Property Masterclass event is FREE to attend, however numbers are strictly limited and spaces usually fill up fast, so please make sure you reserve a ticket today to secure your place!
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
