Ju Jitsu originated around 1600 AD in Japan and is the parent art from which judo, Brazilian ju-jitsu and aikido derive. The principle is to use the force of an attack against an assailant through application of throws, locks and strikes. It is taught and used by both the Japanese police force and British military. When done correctly, techniques don't require strength. The force of your response can be 'dialled up' or 'dialled down' to match the intent of an attacker.
Introductory sessions are a lot of fun and very popular, you don't have to do anything you don't want to try. If you'd like to find out more then you can check out our web page or contact us by email.
