The 1-hour classes are taught in an attentive, supportive, and encouraging way via Zoom by Jane Hamilton who is a fully qualified Pilates instructor.

All the classes are small so that Jane can provide individual attention and support.

Jane runs both beginner classes and intermediate/advanced classes.
