At MONO, we focus on a complete experience.
In doing so, we aim to highlight the relationship between raw nature, our ingredients and our cultural history.
Our kitchen is run by a team of young and passionate chefs, headed by Andrea Pruneri and Simone Croci, alongside Italian foodie Joseph Crolla and his sensational front of the house team.
Expect to encounter modern fine dining in a relaxed, friendly yet professional environment. Experience a combination of traditional Italian recipes recreated in a contemporary style using only the finest and freshest ingredients from Scotland and Italy.
Simplistic and natural interiors, complementing the effortless and fresh cuisine that follows the roots of culinary principles in Italy: excellent quality ingredients, honest cooking and the belief that food is culture. Our aim to deliver tasty Italian food with a progressive approach; locally sourced foods, prepared with a modern Italian flare.
Our team of chefs has experimented, designed and redesigned to perfection, to create our menus.
No muss, no fuss.
Simplicity with quality comes first, beneath lies only great expectations.
All this research combines to create – Mono
