Edinburgh chef, Stuart Ralston’s Thistle Street restaurant, Noto has re-opened with a brand new menu. Like the New York dining scene, it has taken its inspiration from, the menu features an international repertoire, with a strong Asian influence, across its small and large dishes.
Chef owner, Stuart has implemented the 2-metre social distancing rule throughout the restaurant and bar area. All staff will be wearing masks and every table will be equipped with hand sanitiser. A new cleaning regime is set in place, to ensure the safety of all staff and guests.
New opening times: Thursday – Sunday from 5 – 10pm. On Saturdays it will be open 12 – 10pm. Bar open late.
All bookings will be allocated a two hour time slot.

On Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th March, a large yellow ice cream van will be stationed outside the Usher Hall to give audiences a flavour of the 2025 Festival programme.
