The Spence Brunch Club
The beating heart of Gleneagles Townhouse, The Spence will unveil its brand-new brunch offering on Saturday 24 June. Served exclusively from 12noon to 3pm on the last Saturday & Sunday of every month, there’s no better excuse to gather up friends and family and round off the month with a feast of Scotland’s finest produce.
A Grand Feast
Open to all, guests will be treated to a vibrant feast, from the stunning seafood buffet to the dessert room and live music. The Spence Brunch Club starts with a refreshing Mimosa or restorative (build your own) Bloody Mary with snacks at the table, followed by an unlimited seasonal buffet-style selection of starters including Scottish shellfish and seafood, cured meats, breads from Company Bakery, cheeses from I.J Mellis and a variety of classic and modern salads. The main event from chef Jonny Wright’s kitchen focuses on traditional seasonal favourites including Scottish leg of lamb with lamb fat potatoes and roast chicken with peas & gem lettuce, as well as whole bream for two and delicious vegetarian options like truffle gnocchi with broad beans & parmesan sauce.
Dessert Room
The expert Townhouse pastry team has created an array of showstopping desserts for guests to help themselves to in the Dessert Room. Diners visiting the pièce de resistance – a dedicated dessert room – will be treated to a fresh donut station, popcorn machine, chocolate fountain, perfect patisserie and pick & mix sweets for those with an especially sweet tooth.
The Spence Brunch Club is priced at £85 per person and is payable at the time of booking. Townhouse members will receive first access to reservations, up to two months in advance, plus a 15% discount on all food and drink.
Reservations for The Spence can now be made here for the June Brunch Club, served 24 & 25 June noon – 3pm.
