For dinner, guests will be taken down to Gilmerton House’s brand new event space, The Laundry House, to experience Roberta & Russell’s outstanding tasting menu, celebrating the wonderful Scottish produce that is in season. Finn Porelli, The Little Chartroom’s Head Sommelier, will be serving a wine pairing with each of the dishes, followed by a special whisky to accompany dessert.
The next day, the team will meet you in the morning for a leisurely breakfast, when they will be serving up a series of delicious sweet and savoury treats, including home-made breads, waffles, smoked salmon, and caviar.
