Following a soft opening on Monday 18th November, Miraphora and Eduardo will welcome guests at the opening of House of MinaLima with Meet & Greet sessions on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th November 2024.
The MinaLima magic was first sparked when Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima began working together to imagine and create the entire graphic universe of the Harry Potter film series. Motivated by a shared artistic vision, Studio MinaLima was founded in 2009 to create distinctive and unconventional design and illustration. In 2016, the magic spread, with House of MinaLima opening its first shop doors and offering our worldwide fan base an immersive retail experience and authentic merchandise, paving the way for further retail experiences across the world.
Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts
Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima created the entire graphic universe of the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films, including much-loved props such as Harry Potter’s Hogwarts Acceptance Letter, the Marauder’s Map and The Daily Prophet newspapers.
The gallery will showcase MinaLima’s spellbinding artwork as collectible limited-edition prints for the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films including designs for iconic props such as the Goblet of Fire, the Triwizard Cup, Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes, and more.
At House of MinaLima Edinburgh fans can discover MinaLima-designed highly desirable collections of stationery, homeware and accessories including journals, notebooks, notecards, tea towels and more, featuring authentic graphic art from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films.
MinaLima’s deluxe editions of illustrated and interactive books: Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone, Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets, and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, alongside Studio MinaLima’s monograph The Magic of MinaLima: Celebrating the Graphic Design Studio Behind the Harry Potter & Fantastic Beasts Films will also be available.
