Flight Club Edinburgh - the lively bar known for its striking style, impressive cocktail list, delicious sharing plates, and wildly fun Social Darts—has launched some festive treats just in time for the Christmas and Hogmanay party season.
The Flight Club Hogmanay Brunch isn’t just any brunch. At Flight Club Edinburgh, the fun kicks off at noon and doesn’t stop until 2 am.
The bar is hosting five two-hour brunch sessions with live DJs throughout the day – the first starting at 12 noon and the last starting at 10 pm. The beauty of this one is the option of staying for an all-day brunch session until closing, dipping in for a session to gear you up for the evening ahead or joining at 10 pm just before the midnight countdown.
Tickets are £35 - £40 and include a bottle of Prosecco or four bottles of beer per person, two hours of bottomless sourdough pizza, and 60 minutes of Social Darts.
Festive tipples: a Christmassy twist on the classics
Flight Club has also launched a new limited-edition cocktail menu that promises to give all the festive feels from now through to January. The menu features a selection of classic drinks, redesigned using the timeless flavours of winter and festivity—think Christmas in a glass!
Seasonal tipples on offer include ‘Sleigh My Margarita’, a blend of Casamigos Blanco tequila with vibrant pomegranate and blackberry liqueur, spiced with cinnamon and fresh lime, and ‘Mistletoe & Pear’, a sophisticated mix of Grey Goose Pear vodka, St Germain elderflower liqueur, and apple, with a hint of spiced berry cordial. Finished with a splash of Franklin & Sons Ginger Ale.
In addition to gorgeous cocktails bursting with seasonal flavour, there are some moreish snacks to enjoy. Crispy brie and cranberry sauce, pigs in blankets with honey mustard, pork belly bites with ginger and lime dressing, and an assortment of macrons make for the perfect accompaniment.
The Winter menu will be available at Flight Club Edinburgh through to the first week of January. Tickets to the Hogmanay Brunch can be booked here: flightclubdarts.com
