Maison Trimbach has been producing impeccable wines in Alsace since 1626. Thirteen generations later, Pierre, Jean, Anne and now Julien, remain true to the philosophy handed down to them by their 19th century ancestor, Frédéric Emile.
Guests will enjoy a special five course dinner paired with Maison Trimbach’s exceptional wines,the evening will include Clos Sainte Hune, one of the world's most sought after Rieslings. The menu will feature Shetland salmon tartare with soy, sesame and coriander paired with Riesling Cuvée Frédéric Emile; A St Bride’s chicken ballotine, Ayrshire bacon, with summer vegetables and pickles to complement a Pinot Noir Reserve; and Perthshire strawberry with vanilla and pistachio that will be served with a Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives. Tickets are priced at £250 per person.

Number One is situated in Edinburgh’s most iconic hotel, The Balmoral. Opening in 1997, the restaurant’s name was inspired by its prime address, 1 Princes Street. Number One currently holds four AA Rosettes, is Michelin Guide recommended and included in the prestigious La Liste Top 1000, a listing of the world's best restaurants.
Bookings for the Trimbach Wine Dinner at Number One will be available to book by selecting Monday 16th June here, with a 6:30pm start.
Due to the unique nature of this event, Number One must be contacted directly for assistance in accommodating specific dietary requirements. Ticket price is £250 per person plus a discretionary service charge of 12.5%. A deposit payment of £150 per person is required at time of booking.
