Harvey Nichols, Edinburgh is delighted to announce the return of its film night experiences at the Forth Floor this Christmas. The perennially popular ‘Movies & Shakers’ events were paused during the covid pandemic, but are now set to make a return for the festive season ahead.
Film buffs are invited to begin their evening with two delicious dishes from the Harvey Nichols Christmas menu as they enjoy the spectacular views over the Edinburgh evening skyline from the Forth Floor Brasserie. The specially created menu features festive dishes that champion Christmas classics including duck liver parfait, roasted turkey roulade and Christmas pudding, served with all the trimmings.
Following the festive dinner, guests will be escorted through to the mini-cinema, where they will be served with a classic cocktail and a freshly prepared ice cream sundae, before settling down to enjoy the screening of a fabulously festive film to get them into the spirit of Christmas.
Available dates and screenings are as follows:
It’s a Wonderful Life (1946, 130 minutes)
29th November, 6th December, 13th December, 20th December
White Christmas (1954, 120 minutes)
30th November, 7th December, 14th December, 21st December
Dinner is served at 6.30pm before the film screening at 8pm.
Tickets are £55 per person and include a two course dinner, an ice cream sundae, a cocktail and, of course, the movie.
