EATING
Our elegant dining alcoves offer an intimate setting for formal dinners and special celebrations, with delicious and seasonal food, limited edition wine parings, and professional and attentive service. Look out for a delicious daily set menu of the Burns’ supper breed, accompanied by carefully selected native drams. For a more informal bite, we bring you our bar snacks menu - think haggis toasties, crab cakes, and white bait, paired with beautifully mixed cocktails and low-and-no-alcohol concoctions.
DRINKING
The spacious and airy bar area provides an attractive, laid-back feel for afternoon cocktails, post-work beers, and casual get-togethers, the perfect place to hang out with friends. Our spirit range is ever changing: we have our favourites and we love to try new things. Whether you’re into Tequila or Mezcal, you like your rye in a Vodka or from France in a Manhattan, your Gin the old-fashioned way, or you want to try a Scotch like never before, ask us for a suggestion and we will find you something special. Our cocktail menu is short and well-rounded, with a delicious concoction for every palate, including those who prefer their cocktails without the alcohol. If there is something you’d like that isn’t on the menu, just ask and we’ll do our very best to see you right.
