Roslin Glen Country Park is a wooded glen in the North Esk Valley, near the village of Roslin.
It contains walks with several places of interest along the way, including Rosslyn Chapel, Roslin Castle, Wallace's Cave and Hawthornden Castle.
The park is excellent for wildlife with otters, kingfishers and dippers around the river. Look out for buzzards, woodpeckers and badgers in the gorge woodland area. Owls, field voles and butterflies can be seen in the pretty meadows and grasslands.
This pleasant, leafy green space located at the heart of the historic New Town is an oasis of tranquility.
