We now have 5 options that you can chose from on our calendar to discover the range of gins and whiskies produced and bottled by hand in our small-batch distillery in the heart of Edinburgh:

THE PICKERING’S GIN JOLLY will talk you through our amazing brand story, beginning with a G&T on arrival in our Old Workshop. After marvelling at our contraptions and inventions, you'll be shown our unique distilling process in our hand-built distillery. Your tour will finish with a tutored tasting of four award-winning gins from our range. T/F/S/S

THE PICKERING’S PEACOCKTAIL TOUR will begin in our small distillery where you will learn how Pickering's Gin is distilled, bottled, labelled and packaged. Guests will then be taken upstairs to our VIP Boardroom to enjoy a G&T, four neat samples of our award-winning gins and an exclusive cocktail experience to illustrate the history of Gin through the ages. T/F/S/S

THE SMUGGLER’S DEN WHISKY TASTING EXPERIENCE will talk you through the making of the national spirit. Once illicitly distilled in the highlands, it has now become a national treasure and we have our own brand for you to discover and enjoy all the flavours. From a Scotch blend to a single malt, and a cocktail to illustrate all the possibilities with whisky, you will leave with great memories. T/F/S/S

THE CHEESE AND COCKTAIL EXPERIENCE will take your tastebuds on a wonderful journey. Comfortably sitting in our VIP board room, you will learn how to make fantastic cocktails and pair each of them with a carefully picked selectin of Scottish cheeses from I.J Mellis. WEEKENDS ONLY

THE SPEAKEASY EXPERIENCE will take you back to the roaring 20s. Your host will take you to our secret bar built behind a moving wall and tell you all about the art, music and gangs in Chicago while you sip on 2 delicious cocktails typical of the era. Costumes highly recommended. SATURDAYS ONLY
