Musselburgh Amateur Musical Association are delighted to perform this hit musical Chess to the Brunton for its (long overdue!) East Lothian premiere.
Originally scheduled for an early 2020 run, the Company is very excited to be returning to the stage after a long and unexpected break, and can't wait to unveil this exciting show, with dramatic locations, intrigue and passion... With ABBA once again sweeping the global stage, Benny and Bjorn's unique music, written with lyricist Tim Rice, will soon be blasting out from the Brunton's Stage - songs like the spirited "One Night In Bangkok", and the Number 1 single "I Know Him So Well". So please join us for an evening of drama and sweeping sensation as MAMA welcome you to the show they've waited 2 years to perform!
And if that's not enough - later in the season, MAMA will be up in the Alps amongst the Edelweiss, Lonely Goatherds and other Favourite Things to bring you firm family favourite "The Sound Of Music"! Watch this space for further details!
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
