Cask are thrilled to present our beautiful Secret Domes, with locally sourced food, sustainable drinks and the best views in Edinburgh! From a spectacular vantage point on the rooftop of Waverley station, take in the towering beauty of Arthur’s Seat, the breath-taking might of Edinburgh Castle, and the stunning architecture of Edinburgh’s old town. Watch in awe as the hazy summer sun descends to magnificent sunsets, and the city’s landmarks light up under the expansive night sky.
We’ve partnered with sustainable rum brand Flor de Caña to transform the Secret Domes into a tropical paradise – think private summer beach huts on an Instagram worthy Nicaraguan beach. The star of the show at any Caribbean retreat is without a doubt the cocktails, and it’s no different in the Secret Domes. The menu is overflowing with delicious cocktails featuring Flor de Caña rum, as well as premium boozy slushies – perfect for a tropical summer beach party.
The Secret Domes assemble some of the best local independent businesses to provide luxurious food offerings. Bross Bagels supply their freshly made Montreal-inspired bagels with an exquisite range of deli toppings, while Room and Rumours contribute their renowned cakes and bakes for a luxuriously tasty Afternoon Tea experience. Also available are sharing boards, charcuterie and mezze from acclaimed Edinburgh restaurant Lichen. Lichen may be new, but they’ve been cooking up a storm - and their mouth-watering dishes using locally sourced produce have already made them a hot topic in the city centre.
Guests enter the Secret Domes through a secret archway of beautiful flowers, carefully curated by local boutique florist Stems of Edinburgh. Once inside your private dome, the Nicaraguan beach party begins. Whether it’s chill vibes or a lively celebration you’re after - fill your dome with your music of choice by connecting to our private speakers. Want to see the menu or order more drinks? There’s no need to leave the comfort of your dome, simply ring the doorbell and one of our hospitable servers will appear to cater to all of your needs.
The Secret Domes at Cask offer unique moments that have been tailored especially for you. Each dome can be booked for up to twelve people, so whoever you choose to share your dome with, there are extraordinary memories to be made inside.
