Alan Breck's Regiment bring Jacobite reenactment to Gladstone's Land.
It is 1745 and Bonnie Prince Charlie has taken Edinburgh! A picket of Highlanders has been billeted at Gladstone's Land to enforce a blockade of the castle whilst Captain Johnston attempts to raise more troops for the Jacobite cause.
Reenactors will be in costume and character throughout the museum. No additional fee!
Come back on July 9th to hear the other side of the story for "Redcoats in Residence".
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
