Based on Sir Walter Scott's novel The Bride of Lammermoor, Lucia di Lammermoor is set in the Lammermuir Hills of Scotland and tells a heart-wrenching story of love and deceit, centred around a young woman who must fight to be herself, and ultimately loses. Our cast includes many emerging young singers from the University of Glasgow and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Part of 'What Just Happened?’, a cultural programme supported by the School of Culture and Creative Arts.
There will be a small number of tickets available to buy at the door, however, this is a smaller capacity venue so please try to book ahead to avoid disappointment. Online tickets go off-sale one hour before the event start time.
