Classic 1950s and early 60s American blues, delivered with passion and power from Jed Pott’s band who have been making waves in across the UK blues scene. For the first time with EJBF they are joined by a driving horn section who add in some New Orleans funk, ramping up the musical excitement.
Pedal and lap steel guitar ace, American Roosevelt Collier is so proficient he’s affectionately known as “The Dr". Serving up a dirty funk swampy mix of blues, gospel, rock showcasing his lightning-fast slide work on the pedal steel as he delivers a spirited, soul-shaking live performance. You gotta see him live.
