About Psychological Workshops for Anxiety and Depression
November Blues? Not this year!
This autumn we prepared the following psychological workshops for you:
1) Depression - understanding of depression and management of the symptoms
2) Anxiety - understanding and overcoming anxiety
3) Overcoming low self-esteem - workshop for women
4) Overcoming low self-esteem - workshop for men
Duration: Each training session will last 3h
Time: Sunday afternoons on 4th Sptember, 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd October
Location: First Floor, 64 Albion Rd, Edinburgh EH7 5QZ
Structure: Each training will provide information on the discussed problem, maintaining factors and strategies to overcome it. Participants will have an opportunity to practice some of the new skills while in training and will receive additional resources to take home. There will be opportunity to ask questions, interact with other participants and to organise a follow up session if needed.
Booking: In order to book a session a 50% deposit is required (£44) before the end of August 2022.
