The Port of Leith Distillery is a new Scotch Whisky distillery currently under construction in Edinburgh's historic port district of Leith. It will become Scotland's first vertical distillery to operate for over 100 years! The Port of Leith brand also produces two Sherry wines that are crafted from Bodegas Baron, a 480 year old producer with a very modern outlook. Sherry plays a crucial role in transforming the character of many of Scotland’s best-loved whiskies, and this sherry will enhance their own whisky.

Lind & Lime Gin make one thing, and they do it very well. They set out to create the very definition of what a London Dry Gin should be; to do something very simple, but do it to perfection. Lind & Lime Gin is forged from the talent, heritage and industry of Edinburgh and its historic distilling district of Leith.

John Harvey & Sons Company was founded in an old house in Denmark Street, Bristol in 1796 by William Perry, who quickly became one of the most important exporters of sherry from the Bay of Cadiz to the port of Bristol. They are international award winning Sherry producers and have been making great sherry since 1796.
