About Yoga for Kids
Yoga for kids aged 3 - 7 in Edinburgh.
Keep warm and healthy this winter with family yoga!
A block of 4 classes for children and their adult to share yoga – to learn the sun salutations and yoga asanas while having fun with dance and songs and mindful moments.
Classes are built around weekly themes to get children thinking about their environment and interacting kindly with others.
Together we will stretch the body and relax at this stage in the day.
The one-hour class includes a soothing wind down at the end to benefit both children and adults!
