So get excited Edinburgh as we’re bringing you a Festive Champagne, Sparkling & Fortified Wine Tasting with tasty Gourmet Grazing Boards!
Slonk together with the Lind & Lime Gin Distillery, are feeling the Christmas spirit and are popping on a special wine tasting inside the urban distillery on Sunday, 18 December, and of course it wouldn’t be one of our tasting’s without delicious scran, so we've got Grazing platters sitting atop of the table to get you into the festive zone. Ho Ho Ho!

Join us inside the warm, and rather magical, Distillery space in Leith, Edinburgh on 18 December at 6.30pm.
On arrival you'll be treated to a Surprise Festive Cocktail to settle you in and get your mouth’s watering before the tasting begins!
What'll you get in that, you ask?
3 x Sparkling Wines- featuring a rich Champagne, Elegant Franciacorta and Alluring Prosecco Rosé,
4 x Fortified’s - with a dry Manzanilla Sherry, White Port, PX and everyone’s favourite winter drop, Tawny Port to finish,
Some moreish Cheese Boards with Festive Nibbles to satiate those rumbling tummies, and,
A Christmas Filled Wine Masterclass to help guide you on your Fizz + Fortified’s for your December 25 table.
You will taste and learn about each of the the Wine styles, hear what makes them uniquely special, become a wizard on what they pair best with and basically have a grand time, tasting it all for yourself, as guided by our Wine Expert, Champagne Consultant and Certified Fortified Wine Specialist.
This tasting is all about inclusivity and having fun. So whether you're a wine novice, something of an expert or simply love getting out and trying new experiences, this one is for you.
Tickets are extremely limited so get in fast!
Oh, and because they are super lovely, Lind & Lime Gin are generously offering a 10% discount to tickets holders for purchases across their entire retail range on the night. Now that's something to celebrate.

The fine print
Please arrive within your assigned time. This ensures we can move you safely in and get the tasting started. If you are running late please contact us.
If you need to cancel your ticket please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In general, tickets are non-refundable, but we know plans change and if you can no longer attend, get in touch and we will open your tickets up to the waitlist. Exceptional circumstances will also be considered on a individual basis for refunds.
18+ event only. No one under 18 years will be permitted entry and please, no pets.
Please get in touch with any dietary requirements before the event and we will do our best to accomodate them.
Retail purchases on all goods at Lind & Lime Distillery will be available after the event, with an applied discount of 10% for the night.

The Port of Leith Distillery is a new Scotch Whisky distillery currently under construction in Edinburgh's historic port district of Leith. It will become Scotland's first vertical distillery to operate for over 100 years! The Port of Leith brand also produces a Champagne, two Sherry wines and two Port Wine. Lind & Lime Gin make one thing, and they do it very well. They set out to create the very definition of what a London Dry Gin should be; to do something very simple, but do it to perfection. Lind & Lime Gin is forged from the talent, heritage and industry of Edinburgh and its historic distilling district of Leith.
Bosco del Merlo, founded in 1977 in Annone Veneto, when Valentino Paladin realised his dream of creating wines from sustainable practices that best express the potential and identity of the territory. This innovative vision has been pursued for generations and today the wines are born in the territories of Eastern Veneto and Western Friuli, bringing together the knowledge of winemaking with the values of Italian artistic culture. Bosco del Merlo donate’s part of its Prosecco DOC Rosè proceeds to the Italian not for profit association LILT, that aim to prevent breast cancer.
Castello Bonomi, is found on the slopes of the natural amphitheatre of Mount Orphan, and is the only Château in the Franciacorta area. The Castello Bonomi estate takes its name from the original Art Nouveau building designed by the architect Antonio Tagliaferri at the end of the XIX century. With ancient cellars and traditional long ageing process, Castello Bonomi is a wonderful microcosm producing unique Franciacorta giving back to the roots.
Bodegas Hildago established in 1792, Bodegas Hidalgo is one of the oldest sherry producers in existence, it is widely regarded as the definitive Manzanilla House. Passing down from generation to generation, continuity and quality have always been the most important themes for the company, which today uses only grapes from their own vineyards in Jérez Superior.
