About Bring It On: The Musical
Campbell Davis is set-up for success: handsome boyfriend, a killer squad and she has just been crowned cheer captain. Nationals are in the bag for Truman High School! However, when Campbell is unexpectedly reassigned to inner-city Jackson High School, her dreams are suddenly ripped from her grasp. Out of her bubble and out of her depth, Campbell befriends the school’s dance crew, led by the headstrong and hardworking Danielle. Together, they may have what it takes to take on Truman at Nationals and make Campbell’s dream come true.
After a sell-out, five star run at Fringe with Sondheim's Company - Edinburgh University Footlights returns to the Edinburgh stage with Bring It On! This high-flying, high-energy Broadway hit features music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda (Hamilton), music by Tom Kitt (Next to Normal) and libretto by Jeff Whitty (Avenue Q). Vibrant, electrifying and feel-good - this is a show you won’t want to miss!
