Edinburgh Shoreline currently have an exciting new challenge underway called the 100 Species Project, as part of this ambitious project we are offering everyone a chance to get involved and respond creatively to one of the many species that lives (or lived) in and around the Firth of Forth and help raise awareness about its importance.
This project was introduced to compliment the Restoration Forth project. Find more info here: www.wwf.org.uk/scotland/restoration-forth
We’d love participants to get involved by choosing a species from our map, learn about it and its habitat and create something to celebrate it – this can be anything from woodwork to a painting, modelling, Lego, knitting, poem, song, dance, musical piece, or a short video - Let your imagination run wild. It can be done as an individual or as a group.
Below is the link to Edinburgh Shorelines website where you can find out more information, see our wonderful map showing all the species to choose from and gain hub info, please do get in touch with any questions.
