From the producers of Juniper Festival comes 'Summer Fest', a new and expanded festival of food, spirits and summer, at Summerhall on 27th May!
About Summer Fest
Created by Summerhall and Summerhall Drinks Lab, Summer Fest will feature a carefully-curated selection of local gins, international spirits and quirky tasting experiences.
Guests are invited to Summerhall on Saturday 27th May, when the Main Hall will be filled with Juniper Festival‘s finest gin exhibitors – including Summerhall resident Pickering’s Gin – whilst the Dissection Room will serve a selection of drinks with quirky, delectable food pairings such as rum and doughnuts, and tequila and chocolate. The Anatomy Lecture Theatre will host drinks-based workshops where guests can learn how to create concoctions with the spirits they’ve enjoyed throughout the day. With the iconic courtyard filled with food trucks and featuring Summerhall’s courtyard murals, Summer Fest sets the mood for the start of summer. Throughout Summerhall, DJ’s and live music from more of Summerhall’s residents and hidden gems will keep the party going as guests enjoy their complementary booze – with more to be announced!
