Join us for an evening of popular music as Ross Macmillan Performs the best known works of Italian pianist Ludovico Einaudi - revered for his incredible atmospheric film scores (This is England, The Untouchables) and his Top 40 chart success with I'Giorni - Ross will also unpack the story behind his incredible music, under the gentle glow of candlelight.
The 75-minute concert charts the rise of Ludovico Einaudi, following his introduction to UK audiences by Classic FM DJ, Nick Bailey in the mid 1990s, and draws commentary from those his music has inspired, including film director Shane Meadows and movie star Russell Crowe.
Programme: Le Onde | I’Giorni | Una Mattina | Nuvole Bianche | Experience | Fly | Primavera | Divenire | Life | Due Tramonti

Livvy M. Exceptional performance. A much relaxed and enjoyable evening that let loose your self in the music!! The information before each piece was mesmerising and very informative about Einaudi!! Looking forward to another evening with a very talented pianist, thanks you.
Christina R. A very professional performance enhanced by the candle lit setting in a beautiful church. I enjoyed hearing the history of each piece with recordings including Ludovic Elnaudi himself. I felt this really complimented the whole experience. Thank you Ross for a lovely enjoyable evening.
Oliver F. A wonderful experience that showcased some beautiful music, intertwined with an interesting storyline that evoked some deep emotion at times.
