We invite you to join us for this reinvigorating weekend of mindfulness based practices, in our new city centre location of The Mary Erskine School, Sports Centre (Drama Theatre Room), Ravelston Dykes Road, Edinburgh, EH4 3NT
This is a day/weekend to invest in yourself by unwinding and re-charging. We will use a soothing blend of mindfulness, yoga, movement and sound healing practices to help rebalance mind & body and boost your energy.

This event presents a wonderful opportunity to learn and directly experience mindfulness practices, consolidate your already established practice and deepen wisdom and understanding from which we can all learn, grow and be nourished.
Retreat includes:
*Guided mindfulness practice both indoors and in nature
*Yoga and Qi Gong
*Recharge the body through mindful body scan
* A range of relaxing and energising breathing exercises
* Sound meditation with instruments
* Various other core mindfulness meditation practices
* Mindful nature walks
There is free car parking and an option to buy a ticket which includes lunch or bring a packed lunch if preferred. The lunch will include soup, bread and salad and other healthy snacks will be provided during breaks throughout the day. Please note there are no cafe’s available on site; The nearest cafe’s in Roseburn and Craigleith Retail Park can be accessed a short 5 minute drive away from the venue. We would recommend bringing a water bottle with you.
We will have mats available. Please feel free to bring your own blanket or cushion if preferred and wear suitable clothing to maximise comfort.

Please note this event is over 2 days without residence and will take place indoors in Drama Theatre which is located in the Sports Centre, which looks out onto the hockey pitches at the front of the school. We'll also have access to nature in the spacious grounds and nearby Ravelston Woods for our mindful nature walk.
