Join master herbalist Rosy on 27th May to learn about herbal remedies which can be used to support you through your transition into menopause and beyond.
About Herbal Menopause and Peri Menopause Support Workshop
Rosy is a herbalist with a passion for connecting people with plants through herbal medicine. She loves to integrate using plants on an emotional level and understand herbal medicine as a person-centred approach to health. She has a special interest in using herbal medicine to support mental health, anxiety and women's health. Rosy is a very gentle intuitive and compassionate herbalist.
Topics covered in this workshop will include:
Herbal nutrition from nourishing infusions, phytoestrogenic herbs and foods, herbs for symptomatic support, adaptogens, mental health support and relaxing routines, liver and hormonal support.
We will be tasting herbal teas and tinctures, discussing dosage, learning where to source quality herbs from and how to make your own remedies.
This class is suitable for women with or without regular menstrual cycles,
Rosy is a qualified herbalist based in Falkland with over 5 years experience of working with women going through various stages of the perimenopause to menopause transition.
Please declare in advance any major health issues or medications that might affect you tasting herbs.
