This month, Astonishment will feature a MAGIC TAKEOVER! Featuring an eclectic mix of mystery performers from comedy magicians, mind readers, sleight of hand artists and more!

THE MAGICIANS:
Cameron Gibson
Cameron Gibson is a world-class mind-reader originally from Edinburgh, Scotland.
As a member of London’s renowned Magic Circle, he’s traveled around the world with his engaging and entertaining performances. After gaining experience as a resident in Glasgow’s famous Wild Cabaret, he traveled the UK as a keynote speaker to over twenty-thousand people across four years.
Cameron has been featured at events for the International Brotherhood of Magicians and has sold out shows in five consecutive years at the largest arts festival on the planet, the Edinburgh Fringe.
He was most recently based in North America where he was the creative lead, consultant and head magician on Illusionarium, Toronto - The world’s first immersive magic experience; and Magic Immersive, Chicago - A magic show in 360 degrees!

Elliot Bibby
Elliot Bibby, The Scottish Magician, has been performing at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe for 10 years running, created viral videos for BBC’s The Social, sold out at Australia’s Fringe World and won the Australian Fringe World Weekly Comedy Award.
In 2018 he won the International Brotherhood of Magicians British Ring Close-Up Magician of the Year, along with the Rovi Trophy awarded for skill with cards. In 2022 he was the winner of the prestigious ‘Sonny Day Edinburgh Magician of the Year’.

Dan Bastianelli
Dan has loved magic since as early as he can remember, and began performing professionally at the age of 14.
Magic took Dan from being a shy and reserved child to having the confidence to share my passion with literally thousands of new and interesting people over the years.
Some highlights of his career so far have been; appearing on TV talk shows, featuring at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and being invited to perform in some of the most amazing wedding venues all over Scotland.

Sean Harrington
Sat at home one day as a bored 7 year old with too much free time, Sean was captivated by a basic magic trick shown on a children’s TV show. With nothing better to do, he mastered this trick and took it to school the next day.
Little did he know, one performance would be enough to start him down a long and slippery slope taking him deeper and deeper into an ancient art form. All these years later, Sean has only scraped the surface of the iceberg but his unquenchable thirst for knowledge only drives him deeper down the rabbit hole...
