Join us for a day of peace and relaxation as we celebrate Scotland's International Day of Yoga - 2023 on July 2nd at 11:00 AM!
This in-person event will take place at The Dynamic Earth, Holyrood Road, Edinburgh, EH8 8AS.
Get ready to stretch your body and mind with Yoga experts from Scotland who are trained across the world. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, there's something for everyone at this event.

• Inaugural of the event at 11 AM ( Please arrive at 10.45 to attend this)
• Regular yoga session and workshops between 11.30 am to 4.30 pm

★ 12:30 PM – 1:15 PM: Hatha Yoga
★ 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Laughter Yoga
★ 2:15 PM – 3:00 PM : Vinyasa Flow
★ 3:15 PM – 4:00 PM : Power Yoga
★ 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM : Laughter Yoga
WORKSHOPS: Ozone
★ 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM : Kids Yoga
★ 12:15 - 12:45 PM : Face Yoga
★ 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM : Breathing Workshop
★ 1:45 - 2:15 PM : Meditation workshop
★ 2:30 - 3:00 PM : Kids Yoga
★ 3:15 - 3:45 PM : Face Yoga
★ 4:00 - 4:30 PM : Breathing Workshop
• For hygiene purpose, please bring your own Yoga mats.
• Kids should be supervised at all times by the accompanying adult.
• Refreshments and beverages are available for purchase at the venue.
• Donations are welcome at our donation desk

• For health and safety reasons, organisers reserve the right to limit the number of participants in yoga session or workshop.
