Winter Forest Bathing Walk 1. Hermitage of Braid

About Winter Forest Bathing Walk 1. Hermitage of Braid

Join me for a Special Forest Bathing Walk to celebrate the Winter Solstice. This is your time to slow down and take some time for yourself to relax, breathe and connect with what this season has to offer. The Winter Solstice celebrates the release of the dark and the return of the sun as each new day grows longer. This will be a gentle forest bathing walk, offering you a deep connection with nature, time, and space to reflect on the end of the year and let go of anything you no longer want or need.

On this guided walk, you will be offered a series of nature- based invitations to slow down, relax ,restore while connecting with yourself and nature. During this guided walk, I combine Forest Bathing practices with nature immersion invitations that help you open your senses and experience nature in a new way. You will have the opportunity to slow down, relax, reconnect with nature and share space with others. We will finish the Forest Bathing Walk with a Tea Gathering and seasonal snacks.

On this guided walk you will:
