Discover Edinburgh’s dark and dramatic history with Some Kind of Tours' Walking Tours! Unearth the twisted tales of Greyfriars Kirkyard and uncover 5 million years of Scotland's sinister past in just 90 minutes on this unique walking tour of Edinburgh’s atmospheric Old Town.
Some Kind of Tours are delivered in association with critically acclaimed Edinburgh theatre company, Some Kind of Theatre. Tours are led by renowned tour guide, award-winning theatre-maker and Some Kind of Theatre literary associate, Gerry Kielty. Gerry has been leading walking tours in Edinburgh - in all weathers - for 14 years and is the city's best-reviewed tour guide.
TIMINGS
Some Kind of Tours run Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from late April to October, 11am-12.30pm (90 minutes).
TICKETS
Numbers on the tour are capped. Tickets can be bought online in advance via Eventbrite and Ticket Tailor for £16 (£12 concessions). Bespoke and private tours can also be provided on almost any subject matter and can be booked by emailing tours@somekindoftheatre.co.uk

ACCESS INFORMATION
This is an outdoor walking tour which will last approximately 90 minutes. The tour will run in all except very extreme weather. It will involve walking across cobbled and sometimes uneven ground, as well as climbing short flights of steps, some of which may be uneven in places. We recommend wearing sturdy footwear and warm, windproof clothing. All tours are in English. If you have any questions regarding access, please email tours@somekindoftheatre.co.uk
