How the day will look:
We begin the day with getting to know each other a little and getting on the same page about female hormone basics, before we dive into the topic of perimenopause and menopause.
After a break and a tasty snack (to keep our blood sugar stable), we will move onto the importance of blood sugar and fasting as ways to manage hormones.
We will have a delicious lunch (included in your ticket) before we jump back into the nitty gritty of symptom management, and hear from our amazing guest speaker!
