The Sheraton's One Square Brasserie presents a new series of experiential wine pairing dining evenings: 'A Journey Through...' The first of which is Portugal on Thursday 16 November.

Our first adventure takes us through Portugal and their famous regions including the Douro Valley and Bucelas. The evening consists of 5 varying wines, all enjoyed alongside the culinary talents of Shaun Woodhouse's One Square Brasserie team. The dishes that are presented take the iconic One Square Brasserie style and encompass them within traditional Portuguese flavours.

Arrival fizz from 19:00 with seating at 19:30.
