Tonight, award-winning pianist Matthew Shiel will perform two of Beethoven's most passionate, emotionally raw and technically demanding piano sonatas: his 'Pathetique' and 'Moonlight' Sonatas by atmospheric candlelight. Our programme is rounded off with his 'Fur Elise' and Beethoven's direct homage to Scotland - it might surprise you Beethoven enjoyed composing many a Scottish dance!
These candlelit concert experiences are a wonderful way to wind down after a busy week - ticket includes a complimentary hot chocolate and Scottish shortbread to enhance the relaxing experience.
