We are dancing into 2024 with a year of celebrations marking our Branch Centenary - 100 years of Scottish dancing in Edinburgh!
To kick off our celebrations we have a special Centenary offer for our classes. Starting on 8 January, everyone is welcome to come along and try two free taster sessions at any of our classes, with no obligation to continue. You can then enjoy the remaining 8 weeks of fun, fitness and friendship for only £48. (If you already know that you want to book for the term, you don’t need to book a taster session).
Location: Murrayfield Church Hall, Ormidale Terrace, Edinburgh EH12 6ES
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, we have a class that is perfect for anyone looking to experience the lively and energetic traditional Scottish dances.
All our classes have live music and fantastic teachers who will be thrilled to be passing on their skills and experience to you.
As you know, Scottish dancing is not only a great way to stay active and improve your coordination, but also a fantastic way to meet new people and immerse yourself in Scottish culture. So do share this email with any friends and acquaintances you think might enjoy it. Then grab your dancing shoes and join us for unforgettable evenings of laughter, music, and dancing.
Looking to take the next step up from Beginners? This class is aimed at dancers who have previously completed a Beginners class, and have some knowledge of formations, or who are returning to dancing after a long period. You will want to improve your technique, learn more complex formations and increase your own ability.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
