Come aboard The Royal Yacht Britannia to explore all five decks of a floating palace, just two miles from Edinburgh’s city centre. All ages will love listening to their free audio guides, with both adult and children’s versions available, as they follow in the footsteps of Royalty, celebrities and world leaders.
Feel like the Admiral of the ship looking out to the waterfront views from the Bridge. See the understated elegance of the State Apartments that Queen Elizabeth II and the Royal Family called home for over 44 years. Below decks imagine life as a Royal Yachtsmen, try on their uniforms for a family photo and see how quickly you can get all shipshape in our rope tying challenge.
Don't forget to keep an eye out for Clarence the Corgi and friends hiding aboard in the Cuddly Corgi Treasure Hunt.
Finish your day in the Royal Deck Tearoom with a slice of cake or a freshly baked scone, made in the Royal Galley!
Children under 5 go free.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
